Group Positions

Talking to a few people I am of the understanding that currently the leader is currently a joint position between Tom and Biff.
From my experience I have found that this might not be the most productive.
With Tom a programmer and Biff a designer I recommend that they become lead in their respective fields (Tom lead programmer and Biff lead designer), and have a third person as the team leader.
Unless anyone has a problem with this I don’t mind taking this position. I understand most of the story and don’t really have a problem in instructing people with tasks.
If anyone has a problem let me know and we’ll sort it out when more people are in.

I failed at being a team leader so would be good for me to sit out and watch from the sidelines, I've no problem with that!

Yeah I agree and you can be the leader mate, I haven't got a problem with that
